These terms and conditions govern the sales of Excel templates made on the website finsheet.pro, published by Datariq Group.
2. Products
FinSheet offers downloadable Excel templates for professional or personal use in finance. Each template is described on its product page with its features and price.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) including tax. Payment is processed securely by our partner LemonSqueezy. Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal.
4. Delivery
After payment confirmation, the template is immediately available for download. A download link is also sent by email to the address provided during purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium whose execution has begun with your consent. By purchasing a template, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal upon download.
6. License
Purchasing a template grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use the template for your own professional or personal needs. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the file is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
Templates are provided "as is". FinSheet shall not be held liable for financial decisions made based on results obtained with our templates. It is recommended to verify all calculations and consult a qualified professional.
